An eclectic blend of Newport vibes from the historic bank vault behind our marble bar to the Bellevue Ave inspired details in our lounge. Our cocktails bring you back to the Newport of decades ago. We’re proud to serve quality, locally sourced victuals all in an immersive dining experience.
Our ethos is simple. We believe in unpretentious, quality food that lets each ingredient shine. Our dishes are crafted from locally sourced ingredients. It’s our own take on classic New England cuisine with a hint of Mediterranean flare.

Carolyn Rafaelian hails from a family of jewelers whose mastering of the craft was not only an aspiration, but a tradition. Residing in Rhode Island, the Jewelry Capital of the World, Rafaelian knew she was destined to use her innate artistic ability to create her own visionary company.
Rafaelian, Inc is stewarded by Carolyn Rafaelian — an American-Armenian entrepreneur and businesswoman who oversees multiple entities including her latest ventures Metal Alchemist, a jewelry brand, and Deedda, a content site, as well as iconic destinations Belcourt Museum, Carolyn's Sakonnet Vineyard, Wickford and Bar and Board Bistro.

Belcourt is a former summer cottage designed by architect Richard Morris Hunt for Oliver Hazard Perry Belmont. Located on Bellevue Avenue in Newport, Rhode Island, the property was purchased by Carolyn Rafaelian in 2015 and has undergone extensive renovations and is open seasonally for tours.
